Education Centers Plus, under the auspices of Fiber Cleaning Schools of America, and Flooring and Textile Seminars of America, offers a variety of classes throughout the year. Some are approved and certified by IICRC, others by ICR. Classes are either one or two days long. All classes start with registration at 7:45AM on the first day with class starting at 8:00AM. If it is a two day class, we start the class at 8AM the second day, as well. We make every effort to have our students out of here between 5:30 and 6PM each day but if you are window shopping in our extensive showroom, we'll be glad to hang around.
Refreshments are provided. We furnish a continental breakfast of bagels, doughnuts, coffee cake or whatever the spirit moves us to get, juice, sometimes fresh fruit, and plenty of hot coffee. Lunch is usually from our favorite local restaurant - either subs - you order which one you want, or pizza - you get what we order. Round out lunch with chips with our special salsa cheese dip and freshly made bakery cookies.
If you are staying over, we can guide you in selecting accomodations nearby. If you are flying in, the airport is right down the street - we'll even send someone to pick you up.

If you've ever thought about diversifying, Harry Hide's three day Leather Restoration Seminar offers a unique gateway into a virtually untapped market. Leather is used in everything from furniture to clothing to automobiles and airplanes to luggage and more. It all wears eventually. People tire of looking at the same old colors. The high replacement costs of quality leather products creates a high demand for the lucrative art of leather restoration. Whether as an add-on service or as a stand-alone business, leather restoration professionals can demand top dollar for their skills.
Imagine adding $1000 per day to your operation. Tony Wheelwright (a.k.a. Harry Hide) will show you how. Operating the largest cleaning operation in Winnipeg, Canada, Harry routinely invoices $1000 in leather restoration work each and every day. If you live in an area with a short carpet cleaning season, you can appreciate this exceptional, year-around revenue generator, with little or no competition.
